Healing Session:

We begin each session discussing where you are physically, mentally and emotionally to set an intention for the session.  This takes approximately 10-15 minutes. The healing session, which utilizes reiki along with an intuitive practice, takes place on a massage table where you will rest in a restorative position. Your time on the table is 40 minutes.

Preparation:

Please arrive in comfortable clothing, wearing socks to keep your feet warm. Make sure you have eaten a light meal at least one hour before the session begins.  Please take care to drink plenty of fluids and eat a healthy diet during the day before and the day of the session. Your body is an open vessel during the time afterward so rest, meditations, and light exercise is suggested for the time following the appointment.

Cost:

The cost of a healing session is currently $200. Concessions can be made depending on finances. I would like to be able to help on the healing journey of anyone who reaches out.
